Frequently asked questions
Currently, the only payment methods we accept on Accademica are credit and debit cards, Klarna, and PayPal. We are actively working to expand the range of available payment options. Stay tuned for future updates!
Changing your plan on Accademica is a very simple process, and you can do it directly from the platform. Here are the steps to follow:
1. Log in to your account on Accademica via the website or the app.
2. Once logged in, go to Settings, which you will find at the top right of the homepage.
3. Click on Your Portal within the Settings menu.
4. In this section, you will find the option Manage Subscription. Click on it.
5. Here you will have the possibility to select another plan. You can choose from the different available plans according to your needs (full, digital manual, simulator, etc.).
6. Once you have selected the new plan, our payment system will automatically calculate the price difference to be added or deducted, based on the remaining time of your current subscription and the cost of the new chosen plan.
If you encounter any issues during this process or need further clarification, please do not hesitate to contact us.
A refund can only be requested if the service has been used for less than 2 hours and the purchase was made within 14 days prior to the refund request.
To proceed with your refund request, please contact Accademica’s customer support at support@accademica.io and provide the email address associated with your account.
Getting started with Accademica is simple:

3) Complete your profile and click “Confirm.”

How can I change my password on Accademica?
Log in, go to Settings (gear icon), and select Change your password. Remember to use a strong, secure password.

Payments may require 3D Secure verification (e.g., SMS code or bank app approval). Make sure your card is enabled for online transactions, follow your bank’s authentication steps, and check for any SMS or app notifications requesting confirmation.
We’re sorry to see you go. If you have any misunderstandings, you can contact us at support@accademica.io. However, to delete your account on Accademica, you can follow these steps:
1. Log in to your account
on Accademica.
2. Click on the gear icon ⚙️ in the top right corner.
3. Click on “Delete your profile”.
Once the deletion is confirmed, your account will be permanently deleted.
